We know you may have questions and we want you to know that we have answers! Here you will find a few FAQ’s:
What will my children learn in Alive Kids of Grace?
We operate under three core values that together create our vision:
- TEACHING children the meat and deeper truths of God’s word by going beyond the basic Bible stories and teaching children biblical doctrine.
- EQUIPPING them for the work of the ministry making them active, spiritually functioning members in the body of Christ.
- Creating an atmosphere and opportunities where children can experience the PRESENCE of God on a regular basis.
Who are our teachers?
Our teachers are part of our DREAM TEAM that is comprised of dedicated and faithful people that love what they do! EVERY volunteer has been properly vetted by our staff and have passed a background check.
What does our services look like?
Your children will participate in the main service during worship. Once worship is complete, your children will be dismissed to the Children’s Wing where they will experience a cutting edge and energetic Praise and Worship followed by a fresh relevant sermon and altar time during their two weeks in Chapel. Then, they will experience two weeks with a dedicated DREAM TEAM member in a Sunday School setting learning the bible precept upon precept.
Why do you need me to register my child?
We need to know your child’s allergies and who can pick up your child so that we can keep your child safe. The information sheets are used to make name badges for your child and security tags for the parents.
Is my child secure?
Absolutely! We take the safety and security of your child very seriously. Once they are in the Children’s Wing they are in a locked down area with a professional security team at every entrance.
What are the ages that can attend?
Alive Kids of Grace have dedicated teachers for your children from infants to 6th grade. If they reside in the Nursery wing, they will have their Chapel experience in their classrooms.
Where do I pick up my child?
Parents will pick their child up in their classroom (or in the Chapel foyer if it is their Chapel week) where the security tags are presented and matched. No child will be released to another child. A parent or guardian must be at pick up.
